WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TRANSFER MONEY NOW?

This week Western Union stepped up the questions on my most recent transaction....

I don`t know exactly what this means, but I am concerned.....

Is Neteller reliable to do bank to bank wires efficiently?

I`ve never used Neteller for anything but moving money from bank to bank...

What would be the best way to move money with Neteller, bankwire or bankcheck mailed directly...
